Have you decided to enter the real estate market ANNO? Follow these steps to establish a construction company homes.

Go left and click on “my company”, will open a new window on the screen. Set up click on the button, then choose “buildings.Founding the company cost 10 euros.After you set up the company, I choose a name and description, then go to butonull “Goods” and from there select “production facility” then “Tools Production Houses” and buying this equipment. Warning! You need to have currency RON company to buy it.

After buying the machine going again Real tab and this time choose “Raw” and select “Wood” and then select “Hardware”The next stage is buying license. For that go to PROPERTY>>> License>>> Homes>> Houses Manufacture Licence Prices vary depending on their quality, each extra star power means 5 points so a license to build houses on 5 stars will get a house that might give 25 points a day.

Manufacture License Homes 3 Stars – 150 gold

Manufacture License Homes 4 stars – 200 gold

Manufacture License Homes 5 stars – 250 gold

Everything else have to do is wait for a worker to engage in work that we have. If you hurry, you can go to Jobs (left button) to see which is the highest salary offered at that, then go back to my company>>> Manage>>> Administration>>> Jobs and there enter the salary that you want to offer. To have bigger sales market of products (to sell more homes) you need more than one branch. Each new branch opened a euro cost you (money to be withdrawn from your account by the player).

HOW TO MAKE A “paper mill”? How much costs me?

Click on the tab “my company” – we will see a new tab “establish” click on it and then click to make FACTORY “PRODUCTION PAPER?. It will cost us 10 euros.

What do i need to make it work?

-After having established FACTORY “PRODUCTION PAPER? (I chose a name and description) go to tab “Goods” and from there select the “production machinery” and “paper manufacturing plant” buy such a machine (attention Ron must have money in his company you can buy) it costs approx. 160 Ron

-After buying the machine go back to tab goods and this time select “Raw” then select “cotton” and buy 10 kg. (0.55 / kg) will cost us 5.5 Ron, all of the materials tab and then select “timber” and buy 10mc (1.8ron/mc) will cost us 18 GBP …. So the materials will cost for first 23 5 ron. Of these materials will produce 1000 square paper (market value approx. 0.8ron/mp 800 RON)

To produce a paper is needed MP Cotton 0.01 0.01 KG MC Wood and 0.1 hours of work with 100% productivity.

ATTENTION workforce needed to produce map can even mean 50% of the its market.

-We already have manufacturing equipment, raw materials, not only have to wait for a worker to engage with us and transform raw materials into paper. To speed up things a little tab go to “Jobs” and see which is the highest salary offered in the region of residence … … then go back to the tab “my company” select “Manage” tab and then select The “Jobs” and there we have the option to pay a little higher than the market offers (0.1 is enough to pass us up on the list)

-After all this go back to the tab “my company”, “Manage”, go to the “Branches” and open one branch in each region of the country, thus we can sell our products all over the country. A branch is 1 euro … so eight branches will cost 8 euros … they are not required … your company automatically starts with a branch from the start … .. but if you want to have sales … …

CAUTION!!! MONEY FOR BRANCHES (or 8 EUR) will have to be IN PERSONAL ACCOUNT and not invested in this company.

ANNO company - Food

Food is one of the most consumed product in Anno1777, each meal increases your wellness based on its quality. Food provides between 1 and 5 wellness points/meal. You may have maximum 4 meals/day but you can supply your inventory with 12 rations. To cook and sell food you will need a restaurant and raw materials like meat. To create a restaurant you need to go to "My Companies” tab ,then "Open” tab and finallly "Open” new Restaurant . It will cost you 10 euro , you will need to have this ammount in your personal wallet.The company will have 1 branch and 1 workplace active.

What do i need to make it work ?

We will assume you have already chosen a name and a description for your Restaurant, so the next thing we need to do is to aquire a restaurant means of production , we can do that by selecting the "Machines” tab and then "Restaurant Means of Production” tab from the dropdown menu, we will buy one, for our newly created company, make sure you have invested the necessary amount of money first as you will not pay from your personal wallet but from your company wallet.

Next step will be to aquire the raw materials so we can start producing food, Restaurants use "Meat” as raw material , to buy meat we will go to the "Goods” tab then "Raw materials” , select "Meat” from the dropdown menu and buy 20 kg , they should be enough for now , the money will be withdrawn from your company wallet. We can produce 1.5 food rations/1 kg. of meat .
To be able to produce food you will need a license . There are 5 types of licenses each with a different degree of quality :

Food manufacturing license 1 star – 1 EURO
Food manufacturing license 2 stars – 2 EURO
Food manufacturing license 3 stars – 3 EURO
Food manufacturing license 4 stars – 4 EURO
Food manufacturing license 5 stars – 5 EURO

To buy a license for your restaurant go to My Companies/Management and buy the license you want/need.

We have aquired the necessary tools and the raw materials all we need now is to hire a worker , to speed up things we’ll go to the jobs tab and check the salaries being paid in your current region, let’s assume it’s 2 units we will set for our company a salary of 2.1 to get us at top of the list. To do that go to "My Companies” tab then "Management” ,”Administration” and select "Workplaces” fill in the salary and click OK.

Now that we’ve aquired the necessary raw materials, a license and we already produced our first food rations we will need to focus on other areas, for example : your company starts with only one branch so you will need to open more if you want your food accessible to a lot of people . To do that go to "My Companies” tab , "Management”, "Administration” and finally "Branches”, every new branch opened will charge your personal wallet for 1 euro , the same goes for workplaces. Also don’t forget to set your prices for food according to their quality , a quality 5 food will obviously be more expensive then quality 1 food. To do that go to "Management”, "Administration” twice and then click on "Prices” tab.

Why are branches important ?

If you want people from another region to have access to the food you are selling you need to have a branch open in their area .

1. Wood company

What is wood used for in Anno1777?

The raw materials in this game are iron, wood, cotton, meat, leather and grapes. These products have one single quality and the manufacturing companies need these to produce all the goods in Anno1777

Wood is widely used in building things, and is required by companies producing houses, means of transportation, weapons and means of production. It is also a component of paper, which is another basic product of the economy. Wood is produced by wood companies, using specific means of production. Wood production does not require any other raw materials but workforce. The measuring unit is cubic meter (CM).

Is wood a good investment?

Yes. Manufacturing wood is a good investment. Since wood is needed for almost everything, a good supply of wood, when produced and sold, will bring profit to the company, as most all other production companies will need some, or possibly a lot of wood. Since most items in Anno1777 get consumed, there is always a demand for wood in order to build replacements. There is only one quality of any raw resource like wood, but manufacturers who produce Q 5 will use more wood than those who produce Q1

How much will it Cost to get started?

To open a Wood company with the minimum requirements you’ll need:
Opening the company – 10 Euro
Buying the Q1 tool – 7 gold / 0.9 Euro (will last for 500 CM of wood)
Hiring your first workers – 4.5 gold / 0.6 Euro
Total cost for a Minimum Wood Company – 11.5 Euro

To open a Full size Wood Company with everything it needs to work at maximum efficiency you’ll need:
Opening the company – 10 Euro
Buying the Q5 tool – 22 gold / 2.8 Euro (will last for 500 CM of wood)
Hiring your first workers – 7.9 gold / 1 Euro
Opening 4 more workplaces – 4 Euro
Opening 3 more branches – 3 Euro
Total cost for a Full Wood Company – 20.8 Euro

Remember you can often buy a company up to 30% cheaper from another player.

How to start a Wood Company?

You will find everything you need to know about opening a Company in this tutorial: How to create a Company in Anno1777 Long story short this is what you need to get your company up and running:

1. Go to the “My Companies” Menu on the left side of Anno1777 site, click on “OPEN”. You will be presented with all the companies available. Click on “OPEN” next to Wood Production.

2. Enter the name and description of your company, then add a picture to it (if you’re having troubles uploading the picture make sure that in the address bar of your browser it’s www.anno1777 and not http://anno1777 or anno1777).

3. Invest some money into your company so you can buy your first tool and for salaries. The amount you need to invest depends on the type of tool you will buy (Q1 or Q5 and their prices in your country.

4. Go to the “Goods” menu on the left, then to the “Machines” tab and on the “Wood Production” tab you can buy the tool. Click on the 1st star for Q1 tools and on 5th star for Q5 tools. Always try to buy the 5 star if financially possible. Q5 tools are much, much better than Q1 tools, and they last much longer. While more expensive at first, it will be cheaper per CM produced. You might try to find a seller and make a private deal with him, it will be cheaper than buying from the market.

5. Then go to your Company’s menu and click on the “Licenses” tab then on the “Buy” tab here you can buy the licenses for your company.

6. Optionally (but sometimes highly recommended) open more workplaces and branches. More workplaces will mean that you can hire more people at a time to produce wood, which will drastically speed up your production. If your country has a pretty good economy you a good number is at least five workplaces to produce wood. Opening a branch in a new region will allow you to sell and recruit workers from that region. Only open branches in regions that have wood as a raw resource.

You can check this by going to Regions – Resources, and look for the little sawing wood symbol. It doesn’t matter if the stock is currently zero, because it will be replenished on the first of the next month. At the beginning of each month, resources are restored to all the regions, and you only want to build branches where wood is going to be available.
While opening branches is a very good idea you should be very careful because if your country loses the region in which you opened a branch you will not be able to use that branch until your country gets the region back and sometimes this may even take months.

7. You only want to have braches in areas with wood, but you can sell it anywhere that you have a branch.

8. Once you are up and running, frequently check your operations, to make sure you are not out of money or resources, or your whole company will shut down, and you could miss some production or selling opportunities. Usually, a company will shut down if there are no resources available in one area, because it has used them up for the month, but this has the effect of closing down all branches, even where there are no problems.

9. Place your wood for sale. Watch prices of competitors, and make your own business decisions.

So, in conclusion, the wood company is one of the cheapest companies on the market like all extracting companies are and you can make a good steady profit if you manage it well and open branches in areas with wood available as a raw resource.
